Our Planning Process

The first step is reaching out! You can fill out our Google form below to get the planning process started or email us at planning.magical.memories@gmail.com! Remember our services are always free!

We will check your response[s] and reach out to you. From there we will build as many different packages using your party size, dates, interests, and other information. We work with you to help plan out your perfect Disney/Universal trip!  

After the initial planning, and you and your family have chosen your vacation package, we will place a $0, three day hold on the trip and/or call to take a deposit or payment. This locks the rate in and secures the reservation. Future, applicable discounts can always be applied if they are announced after the initial booking.

After everything is booked and reserved,  we will be in contact to start the fun stuff! We will link everything for you, and make your park reservations. We will also take care of the enchanting extras and dining reservations that open 60 days before your trip. We will try for whatever reservations you want and hope for.

Before your trip we will make sure that everything has been paid in full for Disney and Universal vacations. We will also clean everything up on your account and make sure you know how to use the app, Genie Plus, and whatever else you might need for your trip. We also send out personalized itineraries a week before your travel.  

This is something we love to offer. These itineraries are personalized to your trip and include different ride, snack, dining, and schedule recommendations. We also include park hopping tips, how to use Disney transportation, and where our favorite photo spots around the parks are. Our daughter even loves to help with these!
